1. Scope of service
Listing Genie AI is a drafting assistant for online sellers and small shop teams. You provide brief facts about a product; the tool returns editable titles, descriptions, tag sets, SEO copy, and social captions. The tool never publishes on your behalf. Nothing is posted to Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, emailed, or otherwise sent until you act on it from your own account.
2. AI-generated content disclaimer
All material produced by Listing Genie AI — including listing copy, product video clips, and AI-edited images — is generated by an AI model and may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or content that is unsuitable for your product, market, brand voice, or each marketplace’s seller rules. Treat every draft as a starting point, not a finished piece of copy.
3. Your duty to review
You — the seller, operator, or team using this tool — assume all risk and full responsibility for reviewing, editing, and verifying every piece of generated material before you publish it, post it to Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, send it in an email, or otherwise use it in any customer-facing surface. This includes, without limitation, checking factual claims, dimensions and materials, prohibited-claim language, category-restricted terms, supported superlatives, brand guidelines, trademark usage, intellectual-property rights, and the platform-specific rules each marketplace publishes for sellers at the time you submit.
4. No warranty
Listing Genie AI provides the service and its outputs on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, marketability, or non-infringement of any generated content.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listing Genie AI and its operators, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, losses, claims, fines, marketplace-policy complaints, platform takedowns, disputes, or reputational harm arising out of or related to your use of generated content, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Listing Genie AI harmless from any third-party claim, demand, or action arising from content you publish after it left our tool, including but not limited to marketplace-policy complaints, trademark or copyright claims, removed or down-ranked listings, and platform takedowns.
7. Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. Drafts you did not export are not guaranteed to persist.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Listing Genie AI after an update means you accept the revised terms. The dated text below is the version that applies to your use.
9. Disclaimer
Listings produced for a specific marketplace — including Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop — are AI-generated drafts. The seller is solely responsible for reviewing each draft for factual accuracy, brand and trademark compliance, prohibited-claim language, category-specific rules, and the full set of seller policies, content standards, and listing guidelines published by that marketplace at the time of submission. Listing Genie AI does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any generated listing complies with the current rules of Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or any other platform, and accepts no liability for listings that are rejected, removed, down-ranked, or otherwise acted against by a marketplace after publication.
10. AI video content
AI-generated product video clips — including the storyboard, script, narration voice, motion, transitions, and any AI-generated portrait or background visuals stitched into the clip — are drafts produced by a generative model. The seller is solely responsible for reviewing every clip before publishing or scheduling it for factual accuracy of the claims it makes, the characters, likenesses, voices, environments, brand marks, and trademarks it depicts, restricted-category rules, and the video-specific content standards and seller policies published by each marketplace (including Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop) at the time of submission. Listing Genie AI provides no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, originality, non-infringement, or fitness of any AI-generated video content and accepts no liability for clips that are rejected, removed, down-ranked, demonetized, claimed against, or otherwise acted against by a marketplace, rightsholder, or third party after publication.
11. Competitor listings and intellectual property
Listing Genie AI's competitor-research tools — including the keyword extractor — are designed for lawful market research only. You may use competitor listings solely to describe what you observe (such as product type, materials, features, target audience, and keyword themes) and use that observation as input to generate your own original copy. You must not submit to Listing Genie AI, reuse in your own listings, or otherwise reproduce any competitor text, images, or other material in which you do not own or hold a valid licence to the relevant intellectual-property rights. All output from these tools is research material — it is not ready-to-publish copy and does not constitute a licence to reproduce a third party's content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated output before publishing. You remain solely responsible for your inputs, your outputs, your compliance with each marketplace's seller policies and applicable law, and any listing you ultimately publish. Listing Genie AI does not represent or warrant that using these tools eliminates any risk of intellectual-property infringement, and accepts no liability for claims, takedowns, or disputes arising from competitor content you submitted or from copy derived from such content.
