We started as a one-shop operation. A jewelry brand, a sticker pack, a print-on-demand side project. The kind of seller whose profit in a good month pays for dinner out, and whose profit in a quiet month pays for staying in. We knew what it felt like to stare at a blank listing screen at 11 p.m. with a brand-new product we’d packed ourselves — and to know that the difference between a busy week and a quiet one was the copy.
The formatting is unforgiving. Etsy wants thirteen tags and a 140-character title. Amazon wants seven backend keywords and a no-superlatives rule. Shopify wants a story. TikTok Shop wants a hook before the second beat. And the common AI chatbots? They give you a draft that looks like a draft — not like a listing. We built Listing Genie AI because that gap was the actual problem, and there was no good tool for the smallest sellers to solve it.
Today we’re still that family operation. Bigger now — we serve solo sellers, Etsy power-sellers, Shopify storefronts, small Amazon FBA teams, and TikTok Shop creators — but the values are the same. We ship features when sellers ask for them, not when a quarterly board meeting demands a growth metric. Every release note credits the seller who suggested it.
You’ll never get a sales call from us. You’ll never hear from a chatbot that pretends it isn’t one. You’ll get an email, answered by a person, by a team that uses the tool daily to draft the listings you see on the site.
