Question 1

What do I get on the free tier?

Accepted Answer

The free tier includes five listings per month, support for Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, and no card to start. Drafts carry a Listing Genie watermark, and you can preview bulk CSV rows before you commit. See /pricing for paid-plan limits and features.

Question 2

Which marketplaces does Listing Genie support?

Accepted Answer

Listing Genie supports Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. It gives you marketplace-aware drafts, but you stay in the publishing seat: review the final copy, adjust it for your shop, and publish it yourself.

Question 3

Can I use a CSV for multiple listings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload a UTF-8 CSV with the required product fields, generate drafts in bulk, review each row, then export the approved copy for your marketplace workflow. Listing Genie supports the generation, review, and handoff; it does not promise automatic marketplace posting.

Question 4

How good is the AI listing copy?

Accepted Answer

Drafts use your product facts, the marketplace context, and your seller voice. You can edit or regenerate them, but the seller owns the final review: check the details, tone, claims, and fit for the product before publishing.

Question 5

How do you handle trademarks and originality?

Accepted Answer

Listing Genie generates from your product brief rather than copying another seller’s copy. It flags risky or policy-sensitive language where available, but it cannot guarantee trademark clearance. Check marks, claims, and marketplace rules yourself before publishing.
