1. What we collect
When you sign up we store the email address and password you provide, plus the session that keeps you signed in. While you use the tool we store the drafts, keywords, photo edits, and account preferences you save, scoped to your account so only you can read them. If you choose to buy a plan, the billing provider (Stripe) processes the payment — Listing Genie AI never sees or stores your card number.
2. What we do not collect
We do not collect your full card number, government identity numbers, or addresses beyond what a marketplace export requires. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not embed third-party advertising trackers in the product.
3. Cookies and local storage
We use a small set of cookies and browser-local storage entries: one to keep you signed in across pages, one to remember your theme and locale preference, one short-lived cookie used to protect forms against automated abuse, and a first-party anonymous visitor identifier used only to count unique browser visitors per UTC day on the public website. We store only a one-way digest of that identifier and aggregate the daily counts; we do not store IP addresses, page paths, referrers, or browser details. Repeat visits on the same day do not increase the count. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies. You can clear them from your browser at any time; clearing the session cookie will sign you out.
4. Third-party processors
A few specialists handle part of the data on our behalf: Better Auth processes sign-in credentials and sessions; Stripe processes payments and refunds; the Polsia AI proxy runs the prompts you submit and returns the drafted text, tags, and image edits; the Polsia email proxy sends notifications and replies you ask us to send; and Cloudflare R2 stores rendered listing photos and exports through the Polsia R2 proxy. Each of them receives only the data needed to do that one job, and each is bound by its own data-handling terms.
5. How long we keep data
We keep your account, saved drafts, and preferences for as long as your account is active. If you stop using the product we may prune inactive accounts after a notice period. Payment records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically several years), and are not deleted just because you close your account.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access the data we hold on you, correct it, export it as a portable file, or delete your account and its associated drafts. Deletion is permanent: drafts, saved projects, and your profile are removed; payment records required by law are retained but no longer linked to a live account. 7. Children
Listing Genie AI is built for adult sellers and small businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
Some of the third-party processors named above may store or process data outside your home country. Where transfers happen, they are governed by the processor's own data-handling commitments (Standard Contractual Clauses, equivalent frameworks, or the processor's published regional data residency).
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves — for example, when a new processor is added or an existing one changes its scope. The "Effective date" line at the bottom of this page is the version that applies to your use. Continued use of Listing Genie AI after an update means you accept the revised policy.
